How long will it take to receive my piece?

Every Vouti piece is made one at a time, after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from the date of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Each Vouti piece is assembled individually, from the moment your order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations once the making process has begun.

Can I have my order shipped directly to a gift recipient?

Yes. At checkout, simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address.

We also offer a gift receipt upon request. For a gift receipt, no pricing will be included in the package.

What is The Arch Privé?

The Arch Privé is Vouti's private high jewelry atelier — where each piece is individually commissioned.

These are not catalog pieces. They are made once, for one person, around a moment that matters.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because every piece is assembled individually for each order, we do not accept returns based on change of mind.

We encourage you to look closely at each piece before purchasing — and to write to us if you have any questions. We are happy to help you find the right piece before it is made.

What if my piece arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@vouti.com within 48 hours of receipt.

Please include:

— Your order number

— A photograph of the piece as received

— All original packaging, components, and invoice, as they arrived

We will make it right.

My piece looks slightly asymmetrical. Is this a defect?

Every piece in the Emerald Isle Vintage Collection is made to order, one at a time. The slight asymmetry, the gentle irregularity in the setting, the texture that catches the light differently depending on the angle — these are not flaws. They are the mark of how this work is done.

No two pieces are identical. That is not a limitation. That is the entire point.

If something feels genuinely wrong — beyond the natural character of the nature of this work — please don't hesitate to reach out. We know the difference, and so will you.

Can I change my payment method after checkout?

Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed.

What comes with my order?

Every Vouti piece arrives in The Vouti Box — our signature deep-blue keepsake box — accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Everything is packed to arrive the way it deserves to.

Can I purchase The Vouti Box separately?

The Vouti Box is provided exclusively with the purchase of a Vouti piece and is not available separately.

Is Vouti jewelry a good gift?

It is one of the most considered gifts you can give.

Whether for a beach wedding on the coast of Amalfi, a summer spent somewhere between Venice and the open sea, a birthday that deserves more than something ordinary — or simply the woman in your life who has always known the difference between jewelry and something that means something. A Vouti piece carries that kind of weight. Long after the occasion has passed.

Is Vouti jewelry suitable for children?

Vouti pieces are designed for adults and are not suitable for young children.

I've found a website selling what appears to be a counterfeit Vouti piece.

Vouti takes the integrity of its designs seriously. Please report any suspected counterfeit listings to hello@vouti.com with as much detail as possible. We review every report carefully.

Jewelry Care

How do I care for my piece?

— Avoid prolonged exposure to salt air, sweat, and perfume

— Store in The Vouti Box when not worn

— Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing

Do you offer repairs or after-care?

Emerald Isle Collection:

We stand behind every piece we make.

Within 6 months of purchase, repair service for Emerald Isle pieces is complimentary. Simply write to us at hello@vouti.com with your order number and a brief description of what needs attention.

After 6 months, repair service is available for a flat fee of $80 — regardless of the number of stones or settings involved.

Please note: as our pieces are made in small batches with individually sourced materials, certain components may no longer be available.

The Arch Privé:

Each Arch Privé commission is a singular work. Repair and restoration are handled with the same care as the original making.

Repair pricing for Arch Privé pieces varies based on materials, gemstones, and the nature of the work required.
